Instructions
- Heat heavy cream until steaming, then pour over white chocolate chips; let sit 2–3 minutes and stir into a smooth ganache.
- Add blue Curaçao (or a few drops of blue gel color + ½ tsp citrus extract), vanilla, and a pinch of salt; mix well.
- Chill the ganache 1–2 hours until firm enough to scoop.
- Scoop and roll into smooth truffle balls.
- Roll each truffle in sanding sugar to achieve the frosted, snowy look.
- Chill again 10–15 minutes to fully set.
- Serve cold for the creamiest texture.
