- 6 Brioche buns
- 1 cup Whipped cream
- 1/2 cup Mixed berry compote
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- Sugar (for sweetening cream, if needed)
- Lemon zest (optional for berries)
Instructions
- Slice brioche buns horizontally, keeping them hinged if possible.
- Whip cream with vanilla and a bit of sugar until soft and fluffy.
- Warm berry compote slightly and add lemon zest if desired.
- Spread a generous layer of berry compote inside each bun.
- Pipe or spoon a tall swirl of whipped cream over the berries.
- Close the brioche gently to show the filling peeking out.
- Dust the tops lightly with powdered sugar and serve immediately.

- For a sweeter cream, adjust the sugar to taste.
- Serve immediately for the best texture.
