Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup Mixed berry compote
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Sugar (for sweetening cream, if needed)
  • Lemon zest (optional for berries)

Instructions

  1. Slice brioche buns horizontally, keeping them hinged if possible.
  2. Whip cream with vanilla and a bit of sugar until soft and fluffy.
  3. Warm berry compote slightly and add lemon zest if desired.
  4. Spread a generous layer of berry compote inside each bun.
  5. Pipe or spoon a tall swirl of whipped cream over the berries.
  6. Close the brioche gently to show the filling peeking out.
  7. Dust the tops lightly with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
