  • Honey
  • Unsalted butter (melted)
  • Powdered sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Cinnamon
  • Lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Layer phyllo sheets with melted butter, sprinkling chopped nuts and cinnamon between layers.
  2. Bake until deeply golden and crisp; cool completely before cutting into squares.
  3. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon zest until smooth.
  4. Drizzle honey into the cheesecake mixture and gently fold to marble.
  5. Spread cheesecake filling onto one phyllo square.
  6. Top with a second square and gently press to sandwich.
  7. Chill briefly to set before serving.
