Toasty subs layered with pepperoni, salami, melted mozzarella, and herbs baked to cheesy perfection.
Ingredients

- 4 Sub rolls
- 8 oz Mozzarella cheese
- 6 oz Pepperoni slices
- 6 oz Salami or ham
- 1 cup Marinara sauce
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- Sesame seeds (optional topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Slice sub rolls lengthwise and spread marinara sauce on the bottom halves.
- Layer with pepperoni, salami, and mozzarella slices generously.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then brush over the tops of the rolls.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted and the bread is golden.
- Slice and serve hot with extra marinara for dipping.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add sliced jalapeños.
- Feel free to substitute the meats with your favorite deli meats.
- These sandwiches can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
