Description

Toasty subs layered with pepperoni, salami, melted mozzarella, and herbs baked to cheesy perfection.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Sub rolls
  • 8 oz Mozzarella cheese
  • 6 oz Pepperoni slices
  • 6 oz Salami or ham
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • Sesame seeds (optional topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Slice sub rolls lengthwise and spread marinara sauce on the bottom halves.
  3. Layer with pepperoni, salami, and mozzarella slices generously.
  4. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then brush over the tops of the rolls.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted and the bread is golden.
  7. Slice and serve hot with extra marinara for dipping.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add sliced jalapeños.
  • Feel free to substitute the meats with your favorite deli meats.
  • These sandwiches can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
