- ⅓ cup honey
- 3 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk honey, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic, lime juice, and olive oil.
- Place chicken in the dish and pour sauce evenly over each piece.
- Bake 25–30 minutes, basting halfway through, until chicken is glazed and cooked through.
- Broil 2–3 minutes at the end for a sticky caramelized top.
- Garnish with sesame seeds, green onions, and lime wedges.
- Serve with rice or roasted veggies for a complete meal.

- Adjust the amount of sriracha to taste for desired spiciness.
