Description

Mini buttery cracker sandwiches stacked with melty Swiss cheese, savory ham, and a poppy seed glaze.


Ingredients

  • Round butter crackers
  • Sliced ham
  • Swiss cheese
  • Butter (melted)
  • Dijon mustard
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Poppy seeds
  • Onion powder
  • Honey or brown sugar (optional for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking dish with parchment.
  2. Place half the crackers in the dish, layer with ham and cheese, then top with another cracker to form mini sandwiches.
  3. In a bowl, whisk melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire, onion powder, and poppy seeds.
  4. Brush the glaze generously over the tops of the sandwiches.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and crackers are golden.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving warm and crispy.
