Ingredients
- Round butter crackers
- Sliced ham
- Swiss cheese
- Butter (melted)
- Dijon mustard
- Worcestershire sauce
- Poppy seeds
- Onion powder
- Honey or brown sugar (optional for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking dish with parchment.
- Place half the crackers in the dish, layer with ham and cheese, then top with another cracker to form mini sandwiches.
- In a bowl, whisk melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire, onion powder, and poppy seeds.
- Brush the glaze generously over the tops of the sandwiches.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and crackers are golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm and crispy.
Notes
