Description

A golden, flaky puff-wrapped brie crowned with caramelized roasted plums and fresh thyme.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Brie wheel
  • 1 Puff pastry sheet
  • 2 Fresh plums
  • Fresh thyme
  • Honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • Egg wash
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Slice plums and roast them with butter, brown sugar, and thyme at 400°F for 10–12 minutes until glossy and softened.
  2. Place puff pastry on a lined sheet and center the brie wheel on top.
  3. Fold pastry up around the brie, sealing edges and brushing with egg wash.
  4. Bake for 18–22 minutes until puffed and deep golden.
  5. Spoon warm roasted plums over the top.
  6. Drizzle lightly with honey or maple syrup.
  7. Garnish with fresh thyme and serve immediately with crackers or sliced baguette.
