Ingredients

- 1 Brie wheel
- 1 Puff pastry sheet
- 2 Fresh plums
- Fresh thyme
- Honey or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- Egg wash
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Slice plums and roast them with butter, brown sugar, and thyme at 400°F for 10–12 minutes until glossy and softened.
- Place puff pastry on a lined sheet and center the brie wheel on top.
- Fold pastry up around the brie, sealing edges and brushing with egg wash.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until puffed and deep golden.
- Spoon warm roasted plums over the top.
- Drizzle lightly with honey or maple syrup.
- Garnish with fresh thyme and serve immediately with crackers or sliced baguette.
