A rich, boozy cocoa with Irish cream, topped with clouds of whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
Ingredients

- 2 cups Whole milk
- 4 oz Dark chocolate (chopped or chips)
- 1/2 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
- 1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream (for topping)
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- Sugar (to taste)
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings or cocoa dust (garnish)
Instructions
- Heat milk in a saucepan over medium-low until steaming, not boiling.
- Whisk in chopped chocolate and cocoa powder until fully melted and smooth.
- Sweeten lightly with sugar and add vanilla extract.
- Remove from heat and stir in Bailey’s Irish Cream.
- Pour into warm mugs.
- Top generously with whipped cream.
- Finish with chocolate shavings or a dusting of cocoa and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness according to your preference.
- For a richer flavor, use high-quality dark chocolate.
- Can be made non-alcoholic by omitting Bailey’s Irish Cream.
