Ingredients

  • 2 cups Whole milk
  • 4 oz Dark chocolate (chopped or chips)
  • 1/2 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • 1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream (for topping)
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • Sugar (to taste)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings or cocoa dust (garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat milk in a saucepan over medium-low until steaming, not boiling.
  2. Whisk in chopped chocolate and cocoa powder until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Sweeten lightly with sugar and add vanilla extract.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in Bailey’s Irish Cream.
  5. Pour into warm mugs.
  6. Top generously with whipped cream.
  7. Finish with chocolate shavings or a dusting of cocoa and serve hot.
