- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, halved
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Shape mixture into 12 meatballs and wrap each with half a slice of bacon.
- Place on the baking sheet seam-side down and brush with BBQ sauce.
- Bake 25–30 minutes, basting halfway with more BBQ sauce.
- Sprinkle cheddar on top and bake another 5 minutes until melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, use a BBQ sauce with a kick.
- Ensure the bacon is wrapped tightly around the meatballs for even cooking.
