Description

Juicy beef meatballs wrapped in smoky bacon, glazed with BBQ sauce, and topped with melted cheddar cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, halved
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape mixture into 12 meatballs and wrap each with half a slice of bacon.
  4. Place on the baking sheet seam-side down and brush with BBQ sauce.
  5. Bake 25–30 minutes, basting halfway with more BBQ sauce.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar on top and bake another 5 minutes until melted and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
