- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 onion, diced

- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix arepa flour, salt, and water to form a soft dough; rest for 5 minutes.
- Shape the dough into thick patties and pan-cook in oil until golden and crisp on both sides.
- Shred the cooked chicken and mix with onion, tomato, lime juice, and chopped cilantro.
- Mash or slice the avocado and season lightly with salt and lime.
- Split the warm arepas open carefully.
- Fill the arepas with the chicken mixture, avocado, and crumbled feta.
- Serve warm with extra cilantro on top.
