Ingredients

- Bread soaked in milk (or breadcrumbs)
- Parsley
- Mustard

- Salt & pepper
- Oil or butter for frying
Instructions
- Soak bread in a little milk, then squeeze out excess and crumble into a bowl.
- Add ground meat, diced onion, egg, parsley, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently until combined—don’t overwork.
- Shape into oval patties about ¾–1 inch thick.
- Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry patties 5–6 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
- Rest briefly, then serve with potatoes, mustard, or a simple salad.
