- 4 Slices of ham
- 4 oz Melting cheese (Swiss, mozzarella, or cheddar)
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs or panko
- Olive oil or cooking spray
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- Fresh parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Butterfly chicken breasts and pound lightly to even thickness.
- Season inside and out with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Layer ham and cheese inside each breast, then roll tightly and secure if needed.
- Brush lightly with oil and coat with breadcrumbs or panko.
- Preheat air fryer and place chicken seam-side down in basket.
- Air fry until golden and cooked through, flipping once.
- Rest briefly, slice, and serve hot with melted cheese inside.
