Description

Juicy chicken wrapped around melty cheese and savory ham, finished with a crispy golden crust—fast, cheesy perfection.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 Slices of ham
  • 4 oz Melting cheese (Swiss, mozzarella, or cheddar)
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs or panko
  • Olive oil or cooking spray
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Fresh parsley (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Butterfly chicken breasts and pound lightly to even thickness.
  2. Season inside and out with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Layer ham and cheese inside each breast, then roll tightly and secure if needed.
  4. Brush lightly with oil and coat with breadcrumbs or panko.
  5. Preheat air fryer and place chicken seam-side down in basket.
  6. Air fry until golden and cooked through, flipping once.
  7. Rest briefly, slice, and serve hot with melted cheese inside.
