- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 slices Prosciutto or turkey ham
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Butterfly chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Layer ham and Swiss cheese inside each breast, roll tightly, and secure.
- Dip chicken in beaten egg, then coat fully with seasoned breadcrumbs.
- Air fry seam-side down at 375°F / 190°C until golden and cooked through, about 25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a small pan and warm heavy cream gently.
- Stir in grated Swiss cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Slice chicken and spoon warm Swiss sauce generously over the top.
