- 1 whole wheat wrap or tortilla
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup sweetcorn
- 1/4 red onion, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Dried herbs or black pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray (for toasting)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix tuna, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, corn, onion, and seasoning.
- Lay the wrap flat and spread tuna mixture evenly over the center.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese generously on top.
- Fold the wrap tightly into a burrito-style roll.
- Heat a nonstick skillet lightly sprayed with oil.
- Toast the wrap seam-side down until golden and cheese melts, turning once.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
